Scene 28

Watch the video
Here is another scene that is near completion. Tweaks, of course, but here ya go. This is scene 28/33, but scene's 31-33 are a "Next Week on Gen LMNOP" series and Scene 30 is a closer.

I've completed a rough cut of the project, but a lot of the animation still needs some tweaking. Here is one of the most completed scenes for your amusement.

Gen LMNOP Scenes 3 & 13

Watch the video
As a note, these are the first two ROUGH scene edits for my project. Things are still needed to be tweaked and no camera movement has been done. Other notes, Nicole should be pacing in the second scene and is not. There are also no folly sound effects currently recorded.

Company title sequence as of now. Music will be changed shortly but I felt it needed some sort of background noise at this point.

Gen LMNOP : Correct Animatic

Watch the video
Trying with different encode settings. This is the animatic. The script is mostly legible, but the small print makes it slightly difficult to read. Then again, there IS the audio track.

Gen LMNOP : Post ii

Watch the video

Hey everyone. I finally got a new computer which allows me to make my second post. Here is it, an animatic for my cartoon that I'm producing for Senior Year. Included are the original 30 storyboards(that haven't been altered to switch Nicole and Val's names) along with the edited rough sketch of the audio track. Mind you, no folly or music has been recorded.

This is actually going to be posted when I should actually be in my class. See, I wasn't at my computer for basically the past week and the export time took much longer than I was expecting it to for this simple animatic. I mean, it's only 30 still images and an mp3 file. It shouldn't be a 30 minute process to simply export it. But hopefully I don't run into any issues when I post it through <A xhref="http://www.blip.tv/">blip.tv</A>, the service I have and will be using to post the actual videos of this blog.

"Ole" by Bouncing Souls

Watch the video

Clip One is a semi-tinkered with assignment from Videography. Clip two, posted next, since I'm testing things out and not sure if everything's working with this new blip.tv service I'm running out here, will be posted later on, and combined hopefully with this post. And then this message won't be here like this. Never again. Nothing lasts forever. Except maybe this message. This message feels like forever.

The Start of a Video Blog

Hi. I'm Thomas Ford, 22 year old Senior at Temple University. This is my video blog for a class on the subject. I also have another blog located at http://www.livejournal.com/~buythesnow.

This post is mostly for preview and adjusting settings. Stay with me while I do so.

Or not.
